Stronghold recommends a practical plan for listing position, pricing, booking rules, guest screening, agreements, monitoring and turnover documentation. You review the recommendations and remain in control of the property decisions that shape the operating plan.
For a new listing, we organize the agreed setup and launch details. For an active rental, we improve the listing, pricing approach, calendar settings, guest communications, check-in information and turnover workflow while preserving the owner-approved direction.
Once the systems are active, Stronghold coordinates the selected cohosting functions and watches performance, guest feedback, recurring questions and operating issues. We use that information to recommend adjustments while you continue directing major property and vendor decisions.
